Mary Natalie Leftwich passed away peacefully on April 26, 2024. We offer the 11:00am Mass on Sunday, May 19 for her. Mary devoted her entire life to educating children, having taught Kindergarten and 1st grade for most of her career. She impacted the lives of hundreds of children in the over 45 years she taught. She retired in 2012 from St. Ann’s Academy where she had worked most of her career.
On Saturday, April 27, an enthusiastic crowd of 70 or so attendees across 4+ parishes (and Lebanon!) watched The Chosen Season 4 Premiere at the Knights Hall. The screening and follow-up discussion led by Fr. Gary was well received. More showings to come!
On Saturday, April 27, parishioners Brian Shell, Debbie Grieser, Mary Agnes Carey, Jadranka Gerrety, Aicha Cisse and Olivia Wise-Dent joined the Friendship Place Walk on the National Mall to end homelessness.
